Website maintenance
To be effective and reliable a website needs to be regularly maintained, technically and content-wise. Some clients like to do this themselves; others prefer to have an ongoing maintenance contract. We support both options.
Handover and training session
If you wish to maintain your site yourself, we offer a two-hour handover and training session for £50. We talk you through the site and how to maintain it. Takeaway notes will be provided. The session can be face to face or online. If face to face, travel expenses will be charged.

We cover the basics
The activities in the Basic plan are required to run any website, however simple. They include things like hosting and domain name management as well as regular checks to keep the software up to date and running smoothly.
And we offer two levels of content updating
This could include e.g. updating copy, images or media files, adding new products to an existing online store or creating blog posts. You can choose from two packages: Standard and Premium, depending on the amount of content you need updating. Each of these packages includes everything in the Basic package plus content updating on existing pages.

All support packages are payable by Direct Debit. A 10% discount will be given if paying annually.
